This is the first time I've tried a Clinique lipstick and I am blown away, quite frankly. I own the shade crimson  and the formula is excellent: highly pigmented, glides on well, creamy but not so much slip that it bleeds outside of the lip line. I also like that it is matte and yet it does not dry out my lips. I am not a fan of lipsticks with a lot of shine and this lipstick is simply perfect! the Crimson color is a great classic red without straying into too dark or too orange territory. I can report that though the lipstick did come off a little bit during dinner and drinks, it still looked good afterwards. i have the old packaging but the new packaging is pretty cute.

Clinique: well established brand and perfect for sensitive skin..... Or so I thought, as my mum had brainwashed me abt this since I was little😂😂

I love lipsticks, so I was intrigued when I saw this product released. Initially I felt like this was all too dry so my creative instinct kicked in and I applied this along with me Palmer cocoa lip balm (because I really need colour in my life) ps: check my previous review on the lip balm for more information😕.

That combination saved my life!! Now I'm able to apply this lipstick without having to peel off my dry skin off my lips every 5 minutes 😅🙄

This lipstick lasts me half a meal and the colour is suitable for both casual and formal ☺️

Great on fair skin and is really easy to apply. Would recommend it for those who are into Clinique products.... But I've seen better lip products 😔

    Less pigmented than I thought

A friend bought this lipstick for me in the shade 15 - orange burst. Being a fan of orange and coral coloured lipsticks, I was excited to try this out. Upon application, I found the lipstick to be smooth and very moisturizing however I did not like the glittery finish.

The biggest issue I had however was the fact that the colour was not as bright as I hoped it would be and instead of a bright orange, the colour I got resembled blood orange. Definitely a subtle classy look instead of the funky chic look that I was looking for.

Definitely try swatch-ing this lipstick yourself before buying it.

    highly recommended hygiene

I recently bought this clinique lipstick to give it a try because this is my very time of using that product from clinique. The one I bought was a flesh red .The color goes really well on my asian lip.and I must add it stays up to 5 hours I gives me the matte feel.I highly recommend this to every newbie like me who wanna  try the  new brand.no fear cause its clinique afterall.

    Great lipstick

Love this lipstick! It's moisturising and has long lasting power. Also, the texture is highly pigmented with a rich creamy formula that stays for long. It glides on the lips without any effort. The casing is pretty, compared to other brands. The downside is that it is a little pricey for a lipstick. Overall I'm satisfied!
